I ordered 'comfy women bra' on *sept **** but my payment through gpay was not accepted. Refund was initiated on * September but I didn't receive that till this day i.e October *. I talked with customer care. Their response was polite and respectful. They asked for bank statements which I mailed them but I haven't received any reply from them. After this exhausting wait, I decided to just file this complaint.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
