I returned * Tshirts (Order No. ******,******) on **th August and haven't received the refund till date. I also had a word with their customer care who assured me the refund * weeks back. But now there's no way to reach them..If the same issue prolongs then I would be lodging an FIR against them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
