Jabong.com - Refund not received

i returned a product which i had ordered from jabong website for which an amount of Rs ****.** needs to be transfered into my account. the customer representatives of jabong claims that they have initiated the refund process and the amount has also been debited from their accont. now it has been ** days but the amount is not yet reflected in my account. they have provided me with the arn no.*************** for the transaction and told me to check the status of refund by giving this no. to your bank but the bank manager told me that he can not trace the transaction with this no. and asked for utr no. instead. then i again asked the jabong officials to provide me the utr no. to which they said they do not have any utr no. now i don't know to whom should i complain to get my money back. both of then are refusing to help me. please suggest me how should i proceed now?
