I have ordered Boat Airdopes *** Raging Red on *rd July **** and it delivered on **th July ****, i was not satisfied with the Quality. So, i decided to return the product. I have raised return request on **th July, they picked up my product on **th July. from then On wards I have sent so many mails and raised tickets, calls to customer care, they haven't responded properly, last month i have raised a consumer Complaint from online India website, then Boat team Started Responding but they still not giving my refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
