DEBJEET CHOUDHURY filed complaint against Make My Trip Gurugram Haryana India on Feb 20, 2021
I had booked flight tickets for two sectors but due to the Covid ** pandemic the flights got cancelled. After a year I received refund for only one sector, Make my trip is still to initiate refund for the balance sector. I am trying to connect to the MMT representative but their systems are such that it is impossible to talk or email them, they are directing me to their chat assistant which is pre-programmed.I have spoken To Indigo, they have initiated the refund to MMT but MMT is still to pay me the amount of *****/-
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
