Travellook - Refund Not received
DIPANKAR SINGH filed complaint against Travellook on Feb 19, 2021
I booked my flight from travel look on **th January from Pune to delhi, they didn't confirm my booking and said price hike by airline co. , You will get your full refund instantly, then call them after * they told me we have policy you will get your refund in **-** working days.now today date is **th February I completed my ** working which is maximum time for refund. I enquired again now they are saying your refund is not processed due to some technical issue.
They are blocking your money for earning interest or using money in illegal activities.
