Make My Trip Gurugram Haryana India - Refund not received

I made a booking in late Feb for a two way journey in March. The flight was cancelled, and no option was given to me to book another flight on the same PNR. I booked a new flight then. After months of calling and trying to reach them, they finally said on ** OCTOBER (* months after the incident) that the amount for the flight will be refunded to me. Two problems with this: *. Rs. *** was deducted. *. The amount is to be given in the MMT wallet, and not my bank account.
But even that has not been credited for over * months!! My wallet balance is showing as zero. This is getting ridiculous. They have provided no means to contact them at all. Their number gives automated replies and hangs up within a few seconds. I am frustrated.
