Casewala is one of worst company to deal with. Please avoid dealing with them.
Brief of my issue.
I had ordered a red one plus * silicon case and the case received was not as per what was displayed on their website. After multiple try to reach them, I was able to speak to one of the customer support to take the return and refund my money. Order placed was on ** Oct **** and today it's *th Jan ****, * months up and no signs of my refund. They don't even respond to customer's complaint.
Very unprofessional team and I would not recommend anyone to deal with Casewale.
It has caused me lot of mental trauma in the last * months with multiple calls.
