Casewale.com - Product not received no resopnse on email

I have placed an order for S* Luphie Mobile cover to Casewale.com, Order No. CW****** Dt. *-*-****.
The online status of my order is still "Not dispatched"
Till date I have emailed * times to "support@casewale.com" but there is no reply.
Today my email to "support@casewale.com" is bounced back with reason " address couldn't be found"
It looks like these people are fraud and looting money from genuine & innocent buyers.
This will definitely be a setback for new online portals, as no one will believe them.
I request you to take up this matter and the do needful to deter such frauds and protect other prospective buyers from falling pray to such online sites.
