I had booked my flight tickets on goibibo. It was canceled due to the flight cancel. I received email that my ticket was canceled and refund was initiated and i was supposed to received my refund by *st November, ****. Till date i have neither received refund in my account nor received response from customer service desk.
Customer service desk told it will take *-* days at bank end but already more then ** days goes but same were not receive in my account.
Please share transaction details of refund initiated by Goibibo. So I can take follow up with my credit card company.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
