I had ordered from the FoodPanda app on **th September, ****. My food wasn't deliver to me even after * hours after which I tried to contact them on the app several times. After having to wait for almost half an hour an associate finally got in touch and assured me that it would be delivered within **-** minutes as the delivery boy was on the way to pick it up. The next thing I know is that I receive a message from FoodPanda that they cannot fulfill my order and that my refund(₹**) would be credited into my wallet within ** hours. At another place it was written as * working days for wallet payments. When I contacted them after * working days they said that it was 'technical fault' and it would take somewhere between *-** working days for the refund. According to them, *th of October, **** would be the **th day, the maximum time required for the refund. But as expected, the refund wasn't credited into my account. On the contrary, they asked me for my bank statements as they had initiated the refund and I must have received it. I made it very clear that they have no right to see my bank statements. But I wanted to get over with this mess so I sent them screenshots of my Paytm wallet statements, which was the payment mode and where the refund was to be credited. The reply was shocking - they said that they understand that I wanted an expedited process for my refund and it takes ** working days. Ironically I had written to them on the *th of October, which was the **th day from the day I had ordered. They wanted me to wait a 'few' more days without mentioning any details of the status of the refund and why it wasn't credited even after such a long time.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
