Lalit Kumar filed complaint against Kostbar Enterprises Pvt Ltd on Nov 2, 2020
Since last one month and * days the company representative has continuosly misguiding me for my package , which I have ordered worth rs *****/- .
At first ** days she said your package will deliver today. After that she said we will refund you ,which is also not done by them.
Now when I warn them for counsumer court complaint ,she says we will dispatch your package today but I need my refund now .I don't want their order as it was damaged and fill of unnecessary items which were not even included in the bill I payed for.
I have been going through mental harrasment and truma by these fake and fraud people.
Please help me to get my hard earn money back from them .
