I had placed an order worth ***** rupees from KOSTBAR ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED on **/**/****. The delivery of the order was supposed to be done within * days from the date my order was placed. But they kept on delaying by giving some lame reasons. if you ask for order status they wouldn't reply to call/message with an appropriate response. Finally, my order was delivered partially with products completely different than what I had placed an order for.
Around ** % of the products were missing from the order. Also, the delivered products are of third-grade quality which cannot be used or sold. I Tried contacting the seller but they are not responding to my calls. This is a completely fraudulent company that is luring customers.
They also operate in the company name of Precious enterprises with URL https://www.preciousenterprises.in/
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
