Imran khan filed complaint against Make My Trip on Dec 30, 2020
I was booked the ticket from Kolkata to Delhi on the name of my sister in law of date **th April ****(booking id-NF**************),But due to lockdown the ticket got automatically cancelled and the amount was shown in the make my trip wallet for future use for same passenger name only. But in the month of December they sent me a message that your amount is settled and you can reuse the amount in any name for booking flight or you can get the refund of **** rupees. So I applied for refund on **th December it was processed and one pop-up came that within *working days you will receive on your phonepe account. Today it's **th December I haven't receive any amount yet. There is no any option to contact the customer care also. I am frustrated by their service. Please help me getting my money back.
