I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Blinkit for their failure to refund my payment despite the order being canceled by them. Below are the details of my case:

I placed an order with Blinkit on **th February and made a successful payment for the order. However, after the payment was processed, I received a notification stating that the order had failed. Blinkit assured me that a refund would be issued within *-* working days. Despite this assurance, it has now been over ** days, and I have not received the refund.
I have made multiple attempts to follow up with Blinkit’s customer support team, but they have failed to resolve the issue or provide any satisfactory explanation for the delay. Due to their negligence, I am now seeking immediate intervention from the Consumer Forum to resolve this matter.
