blink it - received empty box

i ordered a lifelong compact power bank from blink it at around *:** pm on *rd of may the deliver boy came at *:** as soon as he gave me the product and i was going back i noticed it was very light so i called back again while opening the product and as excepted the box was empty no seal no power bank...delivery boy came back immediately he was shocked to took the product back told me he will bring another i was relieved that this was possible but he came back and told me to go through customer support and i did...yesterday after talking to bunch of them they told be to come back tomorrow at * Am for replacement or refund now they are telling me they cant do it because store sent me product and it was fine or something ...i am a student and cant do much of legal thing but ****rs is a lot for me i need help please
