I returned two items on July **.Both product brand same, price almost same still got refund of one product on same day and other not refunded. I called myntra several times but they said your amount is intiated. You will have to wait *-* days. It happended everytime i called them ,they say same thing and repeat this cycle.
I am really frustrated at their behaviour.I asked them to solve their technical problem,but all in vain,they keep asking me to wait wait and wait.I asked for transaction id but they didnt provide nor did they changed the mode of payment.
I have lost my trust to this company.
