I, Jyoti Tahiliani, residing in Nagpur, returned some medicines to Medlife on **/**/****. I have had a talk with company representatives * times and they assured me the delay was due to COVID **. I have also sent mail on **/**/**** but sorry to state that the company not even have replied. Hence this complaint in your department.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
