Dannarapu Mohan Sai Krishna filed complaint against Drivezy on Mar 2, 2021
On **st January, i booked a rented bike with PNR NO-********** (cb hornet ***) in malakpet location of Hyderabad on Drivezy App and paid ****rs through SBI internet banking. and upon booking i received a call from drivezy malakpet executive saying that i have to deposit ****rs additional as deposit to get the bike, which is not mentioned in the app. so, i cancelled the booking immediately on jan **st, immediately with in ** minutes. since then i have been mailing drivezy. first they assured that i will receive full refund(****rs) within ** working days, but i didn't. and again they asked me to share my upi id on feb**, which i did and again they asked me to wait for ** days. and till today(March *) i haven't received my money. i have mailed them multiple times, but they are coming up with robotic responses. me being a student, the amount **** is much, i have gone through mental pressure to write mails and anxiety awaiting refund from them. adding to my worries their customer service mobile isn't reachable and they have deleted their twitter handle and recently drivezy IOS app isn't available on app store as well.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
