flifkart - Refund Not Received One PLus 7 pro

I have ordered an item one plus * pro mobile on Aug **th from Flipkart and after payment received SMS from Flipkart saying that item has been cancelled and refund will be credited within *-* working days.
still didn't credit the amount and when I talk to customer care saying that fake order.PFA the screenshot.
