Order placed on **-**-****, Supposed to be delivered on **-**-**** but without being visiting to the address, delivery people telling that consumer rejected the product. In the real scenario the EKART delivery did not dispatch the product to the address(we can see that in file). Product ordered getting cancelled automatically without consent of consumer. If its enquired, logistics without coming to the address they made consumer rejected the order.
Kindly do the needful.
