Dhanasekaran filed complaint against Happy Easy Go on Oct 4, 2021
I booked flight ticket for two passengers from Chennai to Jammu on Aug-**-**** through HappyEasyGo(HEG). Unfortunately that flight was cancelled by the airlines I haven't received my refund from HEG yet for this transacation as I checked with the Airlines they confirmed that refund was settled on Sep-** to HEG. But still HEG claiming that they haven't received any refund from airlines not giving me any tentative refund date. It's been more than a month i made several followups with them but still no luck.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
