Phone pe - Refund not received of unsuccessful transaction

* days back, on **th of october **** at *:** pm i placed an order at Mc D online app of rs *** and tried to pay through phone pe. At first at *.** pm the transaction got cancelled and *nd time at *.** pm the payment was successful (i also got rs ** cash back for the same) and deducted from my account but was not received by mc d so the order was not placed. After getting it confirmed by calling at mc d at *.** pm that the order was not placed i made the *rd transaction of same amount at *.** pm using my debit card and not phonepe. Then the order was placed and received by me. After all this I filled a complaint about this *nd transaction at phonepe help desk and they reply to resolve the issue after confirming it with md c. So after conformation they mismatched and cross checked the *rd transaction with *nd transaction and declared it as successful tranaction and closed the issue. Please help me getting my money back. I am just a student, who cannot afford all this.
