I have returned * products on **th July **** and received an email from H&M on **th July **** stating that the return has been received by them. But I haven’t received the refund of the products till date. Order No. ***********.
I have also raised * complaint tickets - one on **th Aug’** (**********) and another on **th Aug’** (**********).
I mean it’s going to be almost * months and I still haven’t received the refund amount. I’ve talked to more than * executives on chat, * on calls and I don’t know the no. of emails written but this hasn’t been resolved.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
