Vidhi Raghatate filed complaint against Simpl Pay later on Nov 25, 2025
I am writing to report an issue with a refund that shows as “credited” in my Simpl account, but I have not received the amount in my bank account yet.
Here are the details:
• Refund Amount: ₹****
• Refund ID: exrf_**vgM*PwsbowP*odX*kd*tysLWO
• Refund Date: November *, **** (*:** PM)
• Transaction Type: Refund to Source / Excess Credit Refund
The Simpl app shows that the refund has been processed and credited, but I haven’t received it in any of my bank accounts yet. Also, I’m also not sure which bank account is linked to my Simpl account. It is not displayed in app also.
I’ve raised ticket on simpl app two times, sent mail to them but it is still unresolved since ** days.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
