Shilna Kunnath filed complaint against Simpl Pay later on Jan 28, 2026
I had booked * concerts tickets via bookmyshow and it was paid using Simpl. I had paid the amount back to simpl due was settled. However, the concert was cancelled and the bookmyshow has sent the amount to Simpl. I am unable to contact Simpl or raise a query for same.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
