I have not received the refund of the cancelled car booking from zoom car of Rs ****. The booking was cancelled by zoom car on ** May ****. I was infromed by zoom car customer care that i would be receiving the refund within * weeks to my source account. But I have not received it. I have sent multiple mails and calls to zoom car. But they have not responded. Please help me to get my money back.
