I have Book a Flight from Bangalore to Madurai on **th April ****. Once I done with the payment status showed my tickets have been cancelled immediately. And I received a Mail from Travel Look that I will get refund in **-** days it's been * months and The Customer care people are were trained in telling lies with the same statement **-** days again.
Request you to please resolve it..
