Dear Sir,
I have booked Air Ticket( Ref No: NN*************) from Make My Trip (Travel Agent) for my family (* passenger) travel from Kuwait to Ahmadabad and return same destination, travel date * June **** and return * Aug ****
Since flight is not operation due to COVID ** so Emirate Air Lines returning full refunding to travel agent(MMT)
I have already raised the request to travel agent on * May **** to refund my full refund amount Rs **,***.** and since I am continues following the same for refunding from travel agent but till I have not yet received so far
Requesting to do the necessary action immediately
