Titan - Refund not received from Titan

I have order a belt through Titan online website and paid Rs - ****.. I have recived the belt on *th Jan **** .The Belt size is small hence I called Titan customer care to replace .But Titan customer care said to return the product and they said to provide refund for this . I have sent the mail to Titan customer care with my account details .It is been ** days now no progress on refund for this .Please help me to get my refund .
