I booked a WagonR on **th Feb **** from Drivezy for a day. I prepaid the complete amount. But when I reached the location to pick the car. The station guy asked for ****/- more for security purpose in case the car gets damaged. I understood that he had some bad experiences earlier so I paid that amount via Drivezy. (As I trusted Drivezy).
I got some ****/- instantly refunded. But I have been waiting for the refund of ****/- (fuel charges deducted) for * months now.
They keep on saying you will recieve in few days every time, I send the mail and now they have stopped responding altogether.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
