J Ranjith Kumar filed complaint against Mivi on Nov 17, 2020
Because of issue with the MiVi Bluetooth speaker. They asked me to courier the item with my own expenses. I couriered the item and they received it on **th Oct ****. They said it will take *-* days for testing the item. But they are not updated any thing and also not responding to my mails. I called to customer care more than ** times, every time they are saying the refund will be credited within **hrs. But till now the refund is not received and not updating any thing.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
