Hi Team,
I booked refundable flight from happy easy by paying extra money as it was refundable.
I have cancelled flight on Jan ** and it is **th March now and still i did not received my money back.
They also charged **** approx for cancellation fees.
I tried mailing and calling many times but i am only receiving same answer to wait more.
I have confirmed with Airlines also and they have refunded money to happy easy go on January itself.
I feel i am cheated with this fraudsters and i checked multiple forums and looks like many people like me got cheated.
Please help me.
