flipkart - refund not received from flipkart

Hi,

I have purchased this bean bag from flipkart last month in sep and it was horrible and called flipkart and requested for a return pick up and refund. Till today no one came to pick the product and no refund was done. flipkart asked me to send the screenshots of the bank account which i did and there is no refund of ****rs showing in my inward transactions of my account. Also again i called and they gave me some incorrect transaction number and reffered me to my bank. my bank said it was not a correct number and it was for some other transaction for ***rs. i called flipkart again and they say they will raise a complaint and when asked for a they disconnect the call. And its been a month that this is happpening with flipkart and no refund and no pick up

Also ordered for a Earth star duster for Rs *** and it shows as delivered but no delivery guy called me and i called several times and no refund or no reorder on it

but they just keep filing complaints with no refund of my money

Need my money for the bean bag Rs **** and the earth start duster for Rs *** ASAP
