Happy easy Go - Refund not received from Booking ID

Our Booking ID was ******************* , even after waiting reasonable time and giving ** reminders , our refund not been made . We have chosen refundable fare during booking , as well our return Flight has been cancelled by Air India Express . We have been trying to their contact Number *********** & ********** , but could not reach . My issue was to get the refund for the following PNR *. PNR No L*JDJD , operated by Indigo Air lines , Date of Journey **rd Dec **** , Chennai to Bagdogra *.PNR No YB***H , operated by Air India Express , Date of Journey **th Dec **** , Bagdogra to Chennai As per the message received from Air India express , about the non availability of flight on **th December **** , we were eligible for full refund which was communicated to us through their communication to our registered mobile Number. While we have tried to reach both Indigo and Airindia express , the following confirmation were received *. Indigo has already processed the cancellation on **th October , where we have not received any refund despite booking a full refund fare *. Air india express has refunded the cancellation amount. We need full refund since opted for refundable fair during booking , refund can be processed as per the original booking process , in our source account , through which we have made the booking otherwise we can share our alternate Bank account if needed.
