Airindia - Refund not received from AirIndia after several months

Hi, I'm contacting you regarding an issue with the refund for the flight which was cancelled for the **th of September from London to Kochi. When I contacted airindia customer care, I was told that the refund was processed on **th of December ****, but I still haven't received the refund amount of GBP *** in my bank account. I have sent several emails to Airindia (ecommerce@airindia.in and traveldocs@airindia.in) asking for the refund transaction details without which I cannot file a dispute with my bank. They are not willing to share any information regarding the refund transaction. I also contacted the Airindia offices in Kochi and they wouldn't even share a refund acknowledgement email.
I have shared my itinerary, bank statements to show that I haven't received the refund amount even after a month after refund date and response from Airindia.
