Amity University Gurgaon - Refund not received for the registration fee

I have registered for BBA admission with Amity University Gurgaon on **rd Jun-** and cancelled admission application on *rd Jul-** , but they didn't entertain the request for the refund for which I need your help. As per rule , refund must be paid if we apply for withdrawal/cancellation ** days before start of college which was *th Aug-** in their case. So we applied for the cancellation well in advance and chase them on phone/visits/finally sent mail on *st Aug-** , but no response. In fact they are asking to pay full amount and then only refund can be entertained. Seek your support /guidance on this matter.
