Amity University Gurgaon - Admission registration fee Refund not received

We have paid BBA admission/registration fee Rs *****/- on **/**/** and applied for the cancellation on **/**/**** due to financial problem , but no refund received yet despite regular follow up on phone/visits and finally sent mail on **/**/****. As per rule , registration/admission fee must be refunded if we apply for the cancellation/withdrawal ** days before start of session which was *th Aug-** in above case. In fact they were asking verbally to pay full admission fee and then only refund would be entertained which I haven't done due to risk of stuck more money. So kindly help/support for this .
