Vistara airline - Refund not received for the flight that was cancelled by airline
Supriya Rachel Kumar filed complaint against Vistara airline on May 2, 2024
I had booked a round flight from Delhi to Goa and Goa to Delhi. I have received refund for one of the flights, but not the other one. Both the flights were rescheduled and cancelled by the airline itself. Now these flights were booked through MakeMyTrip. MakeMyTrip is telling me that Vistara has Not issued the refund, and Vira is telling me that MakeMyTrip has not raise the concern. The money is blocked from my credit card who is going to pay the interest. I need compensation and a proper justification for this delay.
