Bijeta Singh filed complaint against Vistara airline on Oct 1, 2020
Dear sir /madam
I had booked tickets on **th January **** for *nd May **** from Mumbai to Varanasi through paytm . Vistara airline and I paid INR *****. Due to pandemic lock down was declared on same date.
Now vistara is not ready to refund the amount though it was booked on **th January ****. They have extended my ticket till **th of December which other airlines has extended till one year i.e *nd May ****.I had booked ticket in Indigo flight on same date but they refund my amount as soon as I asked. But Vistara is not ready to refund as I don't want to travel in this pandemic with my small kids and my senior citizen in laws. I have already mailed to Vistara but no use they are asking me to use my ticket till **st December. Please help.
