I purchased the product on Dec **th from uptownie making online payment. I returned the product on **th Dec **** due to size issue. The product was picked up by shadow fax. Its been more than a month. I didt receive the refund or product exchanged. When I contacted uptownie no response. I was cheated.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
