Aakash Rayate filed complaint against Make My Trip on Dec 21, 2017
Flight ticket booking failed on MMT website. Paid ***** via UPI and **** via gift voucher. Got refund of **** in gift voucher but did not received Rs. ***** in bank. Had checked with ICICI bank, they're saying that amount has been credited to makemytrip account. MMT is saying that they have not received such amount hence cannot process the refund. Attached communication emails with ICICI, Makemytrip and my bank statement. I have merged * PDFs.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
