I cancelled an order of Mi band * from Xiaomi on **th Sep,****. The cost of the product was ****. According to Xiaomi, they have already refunded the amount on **th Oct,**** and it is pending with bank. But till now I have not received the amount in my account. They have provided me certain details like Refund no, ARN no. But my bank(Axis) is claiming that they are unable to track the refund with these things. I have already complained to Xiaomi(complaint no: woin************) and Axis Bank(complaint no: ****-******) for the same. But not received any resolution from their sides, even not a single call. Please help me to get the refunds.
