varafi.com - Refund not received for cancelled flight ticket

Hello Sir,
I booked a Round trip flight ticket from Varafi.com on **Feb **** for Kolkata (CCU) to Bangalore (BLR).
Booking Id: VID**********
Booking Time: **:**, Wed **-Feb
Booking Amount: Rs *****/- (paid in the name of WINGINTRVLADVSRYCASHFREE MUMBAI IN)
My journey date was on ** February **** and I got a call & email from Varafi customer service Team on **nd February **** that my booking has been aborted due to some unknown reason & I will receive my refund within *-* working days. This was totally unexpected & inconvenient at the last moment as I had to book the tickets with a much higher amount. But I still did not took any action & waited for the refund. I contacted them after * working days as I still did not received my refund for the same. I contacted them almost regularly via phone & email but still did not received any satisfactory response. They are not even stating any particular timeline now, only saying we are looking into the matter, please wait for sometime. Now, its more than ** days but I still have not received the refund. I also researched regarding varafi & found out that a lot of customers have the same complaint that they aborted the booking in last hours & then did not provided the refund too. Also, they are cheating the customers by providing False PNR. Please look into the matter & help me get my hard earned money back. Also, strict action should be taken on this type of fraud companies who are cheating customers regularly. I have also attached screenshots of the mails containing my booking details & mail from Varafi regarding refund initiation. Kindly address the issue & oblige me.
