I have returned a product which i dint like the quality. They accepted the return and told refund will be made within * to * days. But its ** days after i returned but never received the refund. On top of it they are closing my complaints again and again. No one is receiving calls also.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
