Travolook (Www.travolook.in) - REFUND NOT RECEIVED FOR 4 MONTHS AFTER SEVERAL INTERACTIONS

I had tried to make a booking on travolook.in on **JULY**** for myself BHARATH NARAYAN SANGAMESWARAN with reference number REF*********. Payment was done with my debit card for rs **,*** and immediately after debiting the amount, the booking was cancelled by the website without generating a PNR. Upon contacting customer care, i was promised that the amount will be automatically refunded within a few days. No refund was received and upon contacting repeatedly, i was told everytime that it will refund soon. After two months of this struggle, i was told to fill out a form for manual refund in which I had to disclose my booking , payment details along with my aadhar card attached which I did immediately. I was called by them next day and told that my details have been verified and refund has been processed and that I will receive it within today evening or tomorrow. It has been two more months and every time when I call, they just tell me that I have to wait till today evening or tomorrow. I feel harassed with so much of my time and energy gone in interacting with travolook.in. IT HAS BEEN * MONTHS NOW. PLEASE HELP ME IN GETTING MY MONEY AND JUSTICE.
