Shop CJ Network Private Limited - Refund not received despite multiple follow ups

On **th Dec ****, I placed an order no.************** for * Sheffield Classic SH-**** Air Fryer(white) on Shop Cj Website. I paid Rs. **,***/- against this order through my ICICI bank account transaction no: ************** same day. The order was supposed to get delivered by **t Dec **** but even after multiple follow up the material didn't get delivered until Jan -** end. Finally, in the first week of Feb-**, I canceled the order and asked for the refund. I have been told the refund will happen in five days but it was false commitment. Post that also I did around * to ** follow up calls but each time they gave me wrong commitment. Till date, I have not received any refund. Request your help to get the refund on priority.
