Colive Bangalore - Refund not received and my money is in some sort of offer without my consent

They said they will refund the entire deposit amount after serving the notice period of a month and that the deposit is reverted back to the account in **th of consecutive month but yesterday i got a mail stating that my deposit amount is transefered to my colive wallet under an offer called DYD which is initiated without my consent. And no one is picking my call up and they have rejected my calls since. I am a student and i have relied on this money these days to pay my student loan. I don't know what to do now. Please help me get back my deposit.
