I have an order from Indus valley website using UPI. After few days I have received a wrong product. I called to the company and asked to return the item and followed the steps instructed by the support executive. After successfully placing the return request, the item was picked from me. It says on the website that refund will be done within * week but it's been * weeks and not received the refund yet. I tried calling customer care and done so may mail but it's saying we will update you in **-** hours and only * call in * day of my they are receiving and after that they are not pickuping my call and same thing happened from last ** days.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
