Paytm Mall - Refund not received after returning the item

have ordered the shoe form paytm mall on **/**/**** which order number is ********** and complaint number is ********. Due to some size problem, I have returned that on **/**/**** and the paytm merchant has received that item on **/**/****. On **/**/**** I have received a fake email at *:** pm from paytm that my refund has been initiated whereas I have shared my bank detail on **/**/***** at **:** PM. So how can I possible that refund was initiated before sharing the bank details. This is the clear case of cheating. I have confirmed with my bank that no refund from paytm has been credited to me. The bank manager told me that there should be a refund reference number for IMPS/NEFT. They are intentionally not refunding my money. I have sent an email on **/**/**** for confirming that I have not received any refund in my bank account and asking them the refund reference number. But till then I have not received any reply from them about the refund reference number. I have also called them after a long hold time customer care told me that refund has been initiated but he has not any refund reference number. How can be a transaction possible without reference number/transaction number? I am eclosing all the proofs like I have received refund intimation mail before sharing the bank details, the screenshot of the website in which it is clear that item has been received by the paytm merchant or the copy of the email in which I have asked them the reference number but they didn’t reply to me. More than ** days has been passed away being returning that shoe still I have not received the refund in my bank account. I urgently need money. Kindly help me to provide my refund either in my bank account or in paytm wallet.
